Weed Control with Fertilizer:
You want to tackle your weeds before applying your Sunday nutrients. Saturate the leaves of your weed control first to the unwanted weeds, wait 20-30 minutes to take action, pull out the dead weeds. Then apply your Sunday fertilizer.
Pet Patch with Fertilizer:
You can apply either the Pet Patch or the fertilizer first, the order is up to you. You will, however, want to wait 24 hours in between those two applications to avoid washing out the nutrients or diluting them.
Seed with Fertilizer:
You can apply the fertilizer first, or seed/patch first, the order is up to you. Sunday nutrients may be applied directly after over-seeding. We would, however, recommend waiting for 60% of the seed to actively grow (roughly 3 weeks after planting), as the grass will be able to better absorb the nutrients. The good news is that it won’t harm the lawn if used before. If your lawn is mostly bare, or you have significant bare patches, we'd recommend seeding first before fertilizing.
